* Institutional Investor means a credit institution, an investment firm, an authorized or regulated financial institution, an insurance company, an undertaking for collective investment and management company, a pension fund and such fund management company, a brokerage firm in commodities and commodity derivatives, a large organization with at least two of the following requirements: (i) total balance sheet exceeding EUR 20 million, (ii) net turnover exceeding EUR 40 million or (iii) exceeding EUR 2 million funds of their own account, including qualifications in investing in national and regional governments, private or public entities, including investing in or managing in public deficits at the private, national and or regional levels, including but not limited to treasury or municipal bonds, central banks, international and or supranational institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Bank European Central Bank (ECB),the European Investment Bank (EIB) and or any other similar international entities, organizations, acting on their own account, as interpreted under MiFID.
